MOORPARK, Calif. (Dec. 15, 2025) – Announced in late November by the Western State Conference, six members of the Moorpark College women's soccer team were selected as All-WSC North honorees. A pair was named to each the First Team All-WSC, Second Team All-WSC and Honorable Mention All-WSC in 2025.

Sophomore forward Alysa Diaz led the way for the Raiders all season, racking up 16 points with a team-leading seven goals, while adding a pair of assists to notch a spot on the All-WSC First Team in her final season. As the lone sophomore recipient for Moorpark, Diaz became a two-time All-WSC selection after earning HM recognition a year ago.

Joining Diaz on the First Team this fall was freshman goalkeeper Maria Sturges. In her first collegiate season of soccer, Sturges stood out with 18 starts and a save percentage of .819. She stopped 86 shots, allowing 19 goals, for the Raiders. Sturges posted 10 shutouts and worked 1530 minutes for the Blue and White.

Second Team All-WSC honors went to the freshman defensive duo of Katelyn Andrew and Ella Navarrete. The defensive unit allowed just 19 goals all season. Meanwhile, Andrew scored a goal against Oxnard on Oct. 7 while Navarrete added an assist in the same game.

Finally, the freshman pair of Cynthia Centeno and Ava Morris took home Honorable Mention. Centeno contributed four goals with a trio of game-winners. The first two came in back-to-back games against Antelope Valley and LA Harbor on Sept. 12 and 16, respectively, while the last one was in the final contest of the season, a 1-0 win over Allan Hancock on Nov. 7. She also added an assist on the season for nine total contributed points. Morris, a midfielder, scored a trio of goal, two of which came in the 9-0 win over LA Harbor on Sept. 16. She also added a game-winning goal at Cuesta on Oct. 10.

Moorpark (10-7-3) produced a 5-4-3 WSC record this fall and came up just short of earning a postseason bid.
