Men's Volleyball seeded #7 in CCCAA State Play-offs and head to #2 Golden West

The CCCMVCA announced the play-off seedings for the 2024 CCCAA State Play-offs and the Raiders were seeded #7. They were originally seeded #6 but were bumped to #7 after Long Beach was at #3 avoiding conference foes from opening the play-offs against each other.
The Raiders will take on #2 Golden West on Friday, 4/19 with the winner moving on to the CCCAA State semi-finals next week hosted by Orange Coast College.
The Raiders and Rustlers met in the first game of the season with Golden West taking a 5 game win. The Raiders trailed 2-0 before taking games 3 and 4 to force a game 5 but the Raiders dropped game 5, 15-9.
Golden West comes into the match as the 2nd place team from the Orange Empire Conference with a 5-3 record and 15-4 overall.
