TORRANCE, CA - Beach Volleyball's 1s team of Larissa Dakoske/Grace Hazelton and 2s team of Cashe Oswang/Alesia Thomas finished in the top 16 at the 3C2A So Cal pairs tournament and will move on to the 3C2A State Beach Pairs Tournament. Competition will begin on Friday, May 10th. The Championships will be hosted by West Valley College in Saratoga. The start times will be determined when the 8 pools of 4 teams are seeded.

Dakoske and Hazelton won their first two matches and qualified in the morning action of SoCals. Olswang and Thomas won their two matches in the afternoon action of SoCals. Dakoske a sophomore from El Camino Charter HS will make her 2nd appearence at the State tournament. Hazelton, freshman from El Camino Charter HS, Olswang, a sophomore from Westlake, and Thomas, a freshman from Simi Valley HS will make their State debut.
